LifeWise Academy seeks a dedicated teacher to share Bible knowledge with public school students in a classroom setting. The ideal candidate will be an active church participant with strong communication and interpersonal skills, caring, perceptive, and proficient in teaching children.

Responsibilities include training and certification, teaching LifeWise classes, maintaining records, and fostering relationships with students and volunteers while promoting LifeWise's mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of classroom teaching experience.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Statement of Faith.
• Mature Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Teach LifeWise classes using the LifeWise curriculum.
• Complete initial and ongoing training and certification.
• Maintain attendance records and class rosters as needed.
• Create an organized, encouraging classroom environment with redemptive discipline.
• Communicate with school personnel and volunteers; build community relationships.
