The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking a Corporate Engagement Volunteer Manager to deepen donor engagement, expand corporate partnerships, and grow robust volunteer programs across the region. The role collaborates with senior leadership to align initiatives with the mission and drive fundraising and community impact.

Based in California, the manager will oversee LA Metro and regional volunteer efforts, develop training and recognition programs, and ensure effective data management

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in volunteer program development and coordination.
• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to type 45 wpm and maintain accurate records.
• Valid California driver's license and clean DMV record.
• Experience with volunteer recruitments, training, and retention is preferred.

• Develop and implement a volunteer program aligned with divisional goals.
• Coordinate recruitment, background checks, placement, and evaluation of volunteers.
• Provide ongoing training and orientation for volunteers and staff.
• Create recognition and retention programs for volunteers.
• Generate quarterly reports on volunteer engagement and impact.
