Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Experience coordinating volunteers, outreach, and donor relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with all departments to assess volunteer needs and opportunities.
• Recruits volunteers using various strategies and platforms.
• Promotes programs and sponsorships, including community initiatives.
• Plans volunteer recognition events and maintains communications with volunteers.
