Job summary

Lutheran Social Service MN is seeking a program manager to oversee the Senior Companion volunteer and client assignments across the designated area. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human services or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
Experience with older adults and volunteers preferred.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to interact with diverse populations.
