Qualifications

• CDL with passenger vehicle endorsement is required.
• Clean driving record in the last five years.
• Undergo and pass background and MVR checks.
• Drug and/or alcohol testing required (pre-employment, random, post-accidents).
• Age 21–80 years.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and LifeWise volunteers to and from the LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain safe driving practices.
• Keep the bus clean and mechanically safe; perform regular inspections.
• Refuel as needed and monitor fuel levels.
• Create and maintain a safe environment for students; enforce safety rules.
• Assist students entering and exiting the vehicle; stay calm and caring.
• Complete required LifeWise Academy training; potential classroom volunteering.
