LifeWise Academy in Oklahoma seeks a CDL bus driver to provide safe, reliable transport for public school students to and from the LifeWise site. The ideal candidate is responsible, punctual, and maintains a clean driving record with a mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise beliefs.

Responsibilities include transporting students and volunteers, keeping the bus clean and safe, performing regular inspections, refueling as needed, and enforcing safety rules.

Qualifications

• CDL driver's license with endorsement for driving a passenger vehicle (P) required.
• School bus (S) endorsement preferred.
• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or traffic citations within the last five years.
• Must pass background check, MVR, FMCSA Clearinghouse, and drug/alcohol testing.
• Age 21-80; annual submission for CDL license if over 75.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and LifeWise volunteers to and from the LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws.
• Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical safety of the bus.
• Perform regular bus inspections and refuel as needed.
• Create a safe environment for students and enforce safety rules.
• Complete LifeWise Academy training and volunteer in LifeWise classroom if approved.
