Job summary

Volo is seeking a part-time Host/Referee in Jacksonville, FL to welcome players and drive a safe, fun, social league experience.

Responsibilities include enforcing game rules, updating scores, checking in players, and promoting events while building rapport with bartenders and league participants. Strong communication, service mindset, and weekend/night availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to work weekends and/or nights with evening availability.
• Serve as a Volo representative at facilities and/or bars.
• Send weekly emails to league participants.
• Use host app to check in players as needed.
• Encourage and maintain a quality experience throughout the league.
• Make players meet & feel welcome.
• Build relationships with bartenders.
• Update league scores in our user interface.
• Promote events and upcoming leagues via social media and on-field selling.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient customer service skills.
