Norm Reeves Dealerships in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Salesperson to join our Volkswagen dealership on-site. You will conduct test drives, showcase vehicles, and build relationships with customers to match them with their dream car.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through the sales process, presenting VW features, financing options, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. Valid driver's license required; weekend/evening availability expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive sales experience in a dealership.
• Experience with the Volkswagen brand is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Valid sales license or the ability to obtain one.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Showcase Volkswagen vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points.

• Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and purchase agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position Volkswagen vehicles in the marketplace.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We are seeking an experienced Salesperson to work for us at our Volkswagen, Irvine dealership!
