Harnish Auto Family in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to help keep our dealership running smoothly. You’ll move vehicles, maintain the lot, and assist the Sales and Service teams with day-to-day vehicle handling and presentation.

This hands-on role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. No prior dealership experience is required, but a valid driver’s license is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a range of vehicles, including manual transmission.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of standing and staying active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles around the lot and service drive.
• Keep lots organized and vehicles clean and presentable.
• Assist with washing and preparing vehicles as needed.
• Inspect for cleanliness or damage and report concerns.
• Create and maintain vehicle key tags and inventory.
• Support Sales and Service teams with vehicle movement.
• Follow dealership procedures for operating company vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Harnish Auto Family is looking for a dependable, hardworking Lot Attendant to join our team!

Our Lot Attendants play an important role in keeping the dealership running smoothly. This is a hand-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working around vehicles, and being part of a team.

What You’ll Do

• Move vehicles throughout the dealership lot, service drive, and other designated areas
• Keep vehicle lots organized, clean, and presentable
• Maintain the appearance of new and used vehicle inventory
• Assist with washing and preparing vehicles as needed
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness or visible damage and communicate concerns
• Create and maintain vehicle key tags and assist with inventory organization
• Help keep work areas, parking areas, and dealership grounds clean and free of debris
• Assist the Sales and Service teams with moving or retrieving vehicles
• Follow dealership procedures when operating customer and company vehicles
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmission when required
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to be on your feet and physically active throughout the workday
• Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
