Job summary

Harnish Auto Family in Washington is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to join our busy dealership. You will move vehicles around the lot, keep inventory organized, and help maintain a clean, presentable appearance.

This full-time on-site role supports our Sales and Service teams, with opportunities to learn automotive operations and advance within a long-standing, family-owned company dedicated to community.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmission when required.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to be on your feet and physically active throughout the workday.
• Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles throughout the dealership lot, service drive, and other designated areas.
• Keep vehicle lots organized, clean, and presentable.
• Maintain the appearance of new and used vehicle inventory.
• Assist with washing and preparing vehicles as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness or visible damage and communicate concerns.
• Create and maintain vehicle key tags and assist with inventory organization.
• Help keep work areas, parking areas, and dealership grounds clean and free of debris.
• Assist the Sales and Service teams with moving or retrieving vehicles.
• Follow dealership procedures when operating customer and company vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
