Job summary

Harnish Auto Family, a Pacific Northwest family-owned dealership, is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to keep the lot, service drive, and inventory area organized and presentable. This hands-on role involves moving vehicles, washing and preparing units, inspecting for cleanliness and damage, and supporting Sales and Service teams while staying active outdoors.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions when required.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to be on your feet and physically active throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles throughout the dealership lot, service drive, and other designated areas.
• Keep vehicle lots organized, clean, and presentable.
• Maintain the appearance of new and used vehicle inventory.
• Assist with washing and preparing vehicles as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness or visible damage and communicate concerns.
• Create and maintain vehicle key tags and assist with inventory organization.
• Help keep work areas, parking areas, and dealership grounds clean and free of debris.
• Assist the Sales and Service teams with moving or retrieving vehicles.
• Follow dealership procedures when operating customer and company vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Harnish Auto Family is looking for a dependable, hardworking Lot Attendant to join our team!

Our Lot Attendants play an important role in keeping the dealership running smoothly. This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working around vehicles, and being part of a team.

What You’ll Do

• Move vehicles throughout the dealership lot, service drive, and other designated areas
