Job summary

Harnish Auto Family in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to join our team. This hands-on role keeps our dealership running smoothly by moving vehicles, keeping lots organized, and ensuring inventory looks its best.

You’ll work outdoors in varying weather, operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles, and support Sales and Service teams. A valid driver's license is required, and dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather and stay on your feet.
• Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles throughout the dealership lot, service drive, and other designated areas.
• Keep vehicle lots organized, clean, and presentable.
• Maintain the appearance of new and used vehicle inventory.
• Assist with washing and preparing vehicles as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness or visible damage and communicate concerns.
• Create and maintain vehicle key tags and assist with inventory organization.
• Help keep work areas, parking areas, and dealership grounds clean and free of debris.
• Assist the Sales and Service teams with moving or retrieving vehicles.
• Follow dealership procedures when operating customer and company vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our Lot Attendants play an important role in keeping the dealership running smoothly. This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working around vehicles, and being part of a team.

What You’ll Do

• Move vehicles throughout the dealership lot, service drive, and other designated areas
