Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Test, validate, and verify VoIP systems for FAA communications infrastructure.
• Deploy and test IP-based voice systems at customer sites nationwide.
• Create test plans, procedures, and test cases per program requirements.
• Document results, defects, and corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering to maintain VRTM.
• Support system acceptance testing, integration, and field validation.
• Ensure compliance with FAA and program quality standards.
