Job summary

Conterra Networks seeks a VoIP Specialist to support customers from installation through onboarding. You will engage with clients, assist with activation and number porting, and coordinate with field technicians to ensure a smooth transition to Conterra services.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer experiences, and travel regularly to serve strategic accounts and headquarters for training sessions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of providing customer service in cloud or telephony environments
• Ability to listen, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve common inquiries
• Strong organizational and time management skills for coordinating multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with positive attitude
• Understanding of Unified Communications and VoIP technologies
• Initiative and self-guided work management
• Desire to develop new technical knowledge
• Four (4) years or more relevant telecommunications experience preferred
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer success and exceed expectations during installation and setup
• Assist with equipment activation and number porting to Conterra
• Provide pre-sales Hosted Voice SME support as needed
• Conduct site assessment and data gathering post-sale
• Consult with customers on implementation details and options
• Coordinate solution implementation and onboarding with Service Delivery
• Provide on-site installation support and user training
• Handle initial customer support and escalations during onboarding
• Travel up to 50% in market and occasionally to Headquarters for training
