Job summary

Conterra Networks seeks a VolP Specialist to ensure customer success through installation and setup of telecom solutions. You will work directly with customers, assisting with activation, number porting, and feature adoption, while coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires strong customer service experience in cloud/telephony environments, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of providing customer service in a cloud computing or telephony environment.
• Ability to listen, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve common customer inquiries.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to coordinate multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer success and exceed expectations during installation and setup.
• Assist with equipment activation and number porting.
• Provide pre-sales Hosted Voice SME support as needed for strategic accounts.
• Conduct site assessments and data gathering post-sale.
• Consult with customers on implementation details and solution options.
• Coordinate onboarding with Service Delivery and other teams; meet deadlines and SLA.
• Provide on-site support during implementation and train customers on devices and services.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout onboarding and incubation periods.
