Qualifications

• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and access confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• The VoIP Technician is responsible for carrying out system updates, installations, and configurations while providing ongoing technical support.
• Ensure reliable delivery of META unified communications services and support public safety and emergency communications by administering 911-related VoIP services.
• Train customer technical staff on general use of the META unified communications system.
• Monitor Helpdesk to acknowledge and address support issues; maintain hardware inventory and documentation.
