Job summary

Cloud Destinations LLC seeks an experienced VoIP Engineer for a 6-month contract in Seattle, WA. The role is onsite with occasional days in the office and requires hands-on Cisco CUCM, gateway configurations, and SIP trunking expertise.

You will support Webex, Jabber, and Teams integrations, perform troubleshooting across networks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable hosted VoIP services.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and gateway setups.
• Experience supporting Cisco Webex, Teams, and Jabber.
• Analytical and data-savvy with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Cisco certifications are a plus but not required.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated proficiency with CUCM, gateways, and design considerations.
• Support hosted VoIP, SIP trunking, and data communications platforms.
• Troubleshoot Cisco products including Webex, Teams, and Jabber.
• Ensure reliable VoIP services with strong attention to accuracy.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook mail system is a must.
• 3-4 years Experience with Cisco s unified call manager, set up of gateways and some design experience is a must, understand what requirements are needed.
• Experience supporting cisco products like webex, teams and jabber
• Analytical mind that is data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills, ability to speak with all team members effectively
• Cisco certifications are a plus but not required
• Facility project experience, upgrades, enhancements
• Self-motivated and enjoys being challenged.
• Understanding and knowledge of running analog lines
• Possess intermediate to expert skill set and knowledge of troubleshooting Hosted VoIP, SIP Trunking and Data communications platforms
• Knowledge with enhancements and replacements of phone
• Moves/adds/changes within CUCM and Unity- MUST HAVE
• Familiar with VoIP switching architecture and technology with a working knowledge of Cisco routers and switches along with an understanding of OSI model and IP Addressing
• Working knowledge of punch down tools, TCP/IP, PPP, VLAN, NAT, PPTP, SIP, RTP, G.711, G.728, G.729, DNS, DHCP, and Email.
• Previous experience in the healthcare/hospital industry
