Job summary

Clio, the global leader in legal AI, is seeking a Solutions Engineer focused on VoIP and unified communications to join our Sales Engineering team.

You will own technical scoping, solution architecture, and migrations, partnering with Account Executives to support the full sales cycle from presales to handoff to Customer Success, with emphasis on voice/UCaaS technical validation and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer (or similar) in a SaaS environment.
• Working knowledge of VoIP/telephony fundamentals (SIP, codecs, routing, porting) and network requirements.
• Strong communication, curiosity, ownership, and ability to translate complex concepts for varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide VoIP/telephony deal support and technical scoping.
• Lead technical deal strategy and migration planning in presales contexts.
• Explain product capabilities and differentiate against competitors to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to inform roadmap.
