You will oversee operational, technical, financial, and workforce execution with 150+ engineers and staff, translating strategy into reliable delivery and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring deep federal IT program experience, strong leadership, and hands‑on experience across software, cloud, cybersecurity, and systems integration within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• 18 years of experience leading large technical organizations supporting complex federal IT or engineering programs.
• Experience managing large federal IT programs of 150+ personnel.
• Experience managing and delivering federal IT programs with annual budgets exceeding $100M+.
• Strong executive communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
• Lead cross‑functional workstreams and manage large portfolios.
• Oversee end‑to‑end engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and systems integration activities.
• Monitor cost, schedule, quality and performance objectives across programs.
• Engage FAA and Peraton leadership to ensure alignment with goals.
• Drive risk management, governance, and continuous improvement.
