Qualifications

• Deep expertise in hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GovCloud) and cloud migration strategies.
• Strong knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks and Zero Trust Architecture Principles.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams on large-scale federal programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud assessments and define forward-looking architecture strategies for NAS modernization.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across cloud adoption initiatives.
• Design and guide implementation of hybrid and multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GovCloud).
• Develop strategies for application modernization and cloud migration.
• Ensure alignment with FAA mission objectives, operational requirements, and federal compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate across engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive adoption of secure-by-design principles, including Zero Trust Architecture.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for executive stakeholders.
