Job summary

citizenship, ability to obtain a Public Trust, and experience managing multi-hundred million dollar budgets with P&L responsibility, guiding execution from planning through deployment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• 16 years of experience managing large federal IT programs of 100+ personnel.
• Experience managing federal IT programs with annual budgets >$100M+.
• Experience managing P&L for large federal programs (budget planning, revenue forecasting, labor management, cost control, revenue, margins).
• Ability to lead with structured project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Hands-on risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed, cross-functional programs.
• Strong stakeholder management; briefing senior leadership and external customers.
• Workforce planning, resource allocation, and workload management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workstreams and manage daily operations for 100+ IT professionals.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of NEEDS package activities and contractual requirements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, labor, indirect planning, and revenue projections.
• Drive profitability through operational efficiencies and workforce optimization.
• Partner with Contracts, Finance, Program Controls, and Business Operations on budgets and reporting.
• Engage FAA and Peraton leadership; lead executive program reviews and governance.
