Job summary

CyberCore Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Telephony System Administrator to maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager and related systems. You will design dial plans, monitor performance, and support change requests to ensure secure, compliant communications for customer operations.

The role requires SA experience, a related degree (or equivalent substitution), and DoD IAM Level 2 certification. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Seven years of SA experience in similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; five years may substitute for the degree.
• Experience configuring and administering TDM and VOIP systems (Nortel Meridian PBXs, Cisco Unified Call Manager).
• IAT Level 2 Certification and DoD 8570 IAM Level 2.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Large-scale Cisco Voice deployments in multi-cluster environments; solid data networking basics.
• Working knowledge of H.323 and SIP; familiar with Cisco US platforms and ESXi.

Responsibilities

• Provide system administration for Cisco Unified Communications Manager and related systems.
• Plan regular maintenance tasks including updates and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations.
• Design, administer, and analyze dial plans and traffic routes for voice networks.
• Monitor voice system performance and SLA attainment.
• Support lower tier break/fix and move/add/change/deactivation requests.
