Job summary

Mobile Communications America, a leading wireless solutions provider, seeks an experienced Sales Manager for the South Carolina region to lead the Voice division and drive growth. The role requires 8+ years of sales experience with 3+ years in management, and a background in Two-Way Radio/Land Mobile Radio is highly preferred.

You will coach, forecast, and collaborate with VP-level leadership while building strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of successful sales experience with 3 years in sales management.
• Experience in Two-Way Radio/Land Mobile Radio field preferred.
• High integrity and service-minded focus on team members and customers.
• High energy and action-oriented with a structured sales approach.
• Experience developing, coaching, and motivating sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, training, developing, goal setting and discipline for sales and service employees.
• Setting direction, goals, training, motivating, and conducting meetings for team success.
• Conducting one-on-one coaching sessions with sales representatives.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, vendors and internal departments.
• Providing timely communication, forecasting and strategic direction to Regional Vice Presidents.
• Meeting monthly and quarterly sales plans.
