Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintaining executive-level relationships with client stakeholders and advising on strategic voice security objectives.
• Conducting discovery workshops to understand customer needs related to CX transformation and voice security.
• Quantifying value of new voice security initiatives and aligning them with business goals.
• Crafting compelling narratives and strategic roadmaps to guide organizational change.
• Advising on end-to-end voice security frameworks, including fraud prevention, authentication, and regulatory compliance.
• Preparing customer-facing materials such as proposals, project plans, and solution designs.
