Job summary

Verizon Frontline is seeking a Sr. Client Partner - Solutions to guide public safety accounts in leveraging Verizon Frontline products and services. You will build strategic roadmaps, write white papers, and drive end-to-end solutions with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes trusted advisory relationships and market leadership in public safety. Primarily field-based, this mobile position involves frequent collaboration with customer locations and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Write White Papers, participate in market events, and create Use Cases.
• Research customer mission-critical digital and technology transformation needs.
• Co-create transformational roadmap vision leveraging Verizon’s strengths.
• Develop internal/external relationships and establish thought leadership.
• Drive Frontline solutions with Core Sales, MSE and Business Development.
• Support and lead Frontline engagements (EBCs/CABs/QBRs).
• Enable Frontline use cases leveraging 5G Mobility, Fixed Wireless Access, MBB and Data.
