Job summary

Verizon Communications is seeking a Senior Client Partner - Solutions Specialist to engage with customers in the Wallingford, CT area and other listed locations. You will lead transformational conversations, develop end-to-end solutions, and drive Frontline initiatives using Verizon’s portfolio.

The role emphasizes strategic roadmap development, executive-level relationship building, and strong collaboration with sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work, military, or training.

Responsibilities

• Write White Papers, participate in market events, and create Use Cases.
• Research customer digital & technology transformation needs.
• Co-create client’s transformational roadmap leveraging Verizon’s portfolio for end-to-end solutions.
• Develop internal/external relationships and establish thought leadership and credibility.
• Collaborate with Core Sales, MSE and Business Development to drive Frontline solutions.
• Support and lead Verizon Frontline customer engagements (EBCs / CABs / QBRs).
• Support and implement Verizon Frontline strategy.
• Enable Frontline use cases leveraging 5G Mobility, Fixed Wireless Access, MBB and Data, VFNS, S2D, Private Networks/MEC, etc.
• Position Verizon Frontline value proposition to customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create end-to-end solutions and unique value.
• Articulate Frontline solutions, differentiators, and win themes in stories and proposals.
• Influence product roadmap prioritization with market conditions insights.
