Job summary

Amazon Music seeks a Product Designer for the Core Experiences Design team to craft voice-first and multimodal interactions across Alexa-enabled devices. You will shape TTS responses, conversational prompts, and on-screen content with senior designers and cross-functional partners.

Work involves building natural, useful experiences, iterating with a focus on language, empathy, and visual craft while ensuring seamless voice and screen integration for music customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design experience.
• Have an available online portfolio.
• Experience with Figma and other prototyping tools.
• 1+ years experience with conversation design or multimodal design.

Responsibilities

• Design voice interactions and TTS response flows for Amazon Music customers.
• Create conversational wireframes, sample dialog scripts, and flow diagrams.
• Iterate on single-turn and multi-turn voice interactions.
• Collaborate with design, product, engineering, and research teams.
• Leverage templates and design systems for multimodal voice+screen experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align voice responses with platform patterns.
• Present design work to partners and stakeholders for feedback.
• Contribute to language model training data and sample dialog interactions.
