Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a patient service representative to handle inbound calls across multiple locations, routing calls and providing information. You will use electronic directories and telecommunications equipment to transfer callers and document interactions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of call center or 2 years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred), and a working knowledge of networking concepts.

• This role is primarily a day-shift position, Monday through Friday, with hours anticipated between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• The caregiver will answer inbound calls, provide information, and transfer callers using electronic directories and telecommunication equipment.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
