Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking an Associate ProAssure Systems Specialist to support the implementation and administration of the Vocera Smartbadge solution at a customer site. You will train nurses and clinicians, manage databases and servers, and provide on-site support to ensure data integrity and smooth operations.

The role requires clinical IT experience, strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication to collaborate with clinicians and the customer’s teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preference for Nursing, Business or IT or 6+ years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Train users to use Vocera; deploy sustainable training for new hires, current employees, and refresher training.
• Provide on-site support for reporting and resolving end user issues, including Vocera equipment, database, and training.
• Manage Vocera databases and servers; document processes for data integrity and backups.
• Collaborate with customer to maintain device inventory, RMA process, and spare pool.
