• Train nurses and clinicians on Vocera usage at customer sites
• Manage Vocera databases and ensure data integrity
• Maintain Vocera servers, updates, backups and security practices
• Maintain device inventory and RMA process
• Provide on-site issue resolution and end-user support
• Document status and resolution of issues in case management software
• Collaborate with customer to develop end-user training programs and surveys
