Paycom - ATS in Indiana seeks an Employment Training Specialist to provide direct, person-centered support to individuals with disabilities. You will help develop skills and promote independence across work, training, and community settings.

You will collaborate with the employment services team, complete required documentation, and participate in in-service trainings such as CPR and First Aid while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifikationen

• No criminal history involving fraudulent, neglectful, exploitive, or abusive activities.
• Willing to work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Successful completion of in-service training including CPR, First Aid, and Abuse and Neglect.

• Provide direct, person-centered service delivery to individuals to develop skills and a meaningful day.
• Build pre-placement training and vocational reinforcement as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with the employment services team to assure quality service delivery.
