Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Vocational Coordinator in Westbury, NY to lead Supported Employment (SEMP) and Prevocational Services, supervise staff, manage caseloads, and ensure compliance with OPWDD and Medicaid standards.

The role focuses on delivering person-centered vocational services to promote employment readiness and long-term success. The coordinator will provide operational leadership, guide documentation and reporting, and collaborate with leadership on program performance and staffing

Qualifications

Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred.
Prior supervisory or management experience required.
Reliable transportation with current insurance and registration required.
Proficiency with computers and common workplace technology required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of SEMP and Community-Based Prevocational Services.
Assign and monitor staff caseloads to ensure balanced service delivery.
Monitor participant enrollment, service delivery, utilization, and program needs.
Ensure services comply with OPWDD regulations, Medicaid requirements, and agency policies.
Collaborate with leadership regarding program performance, staffing needs, and outcomes.
Directly supervise Job Coaches, Job Developers, Prevocational staff, and the Vocational Lead.
