Job summary

The Arc Ontario in Canandaigua, NY seeks a JET Manager to lead our community prevocational and college experience programs, coaching a dedicated team to deliver person-centered services that build confidence and workplace skills. This role focuses on empowering participants and expanding vocational opportunities within the community.

As a full-time manager, you will supervise staff, oversee program planning, and ensure individualized supports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and over three (3) years experience in human services, preferably in case management or employment-related supports.
• Driving is required; reliable transportation and safe driving record for 1 full year prior to hire date.

Responsibilities

• Foster a team approach that promotes Person Centered Planning, Self-Advocacy, and Empowerment to help individuals meet employment goals while safeguarding rights and protections.
• Oversee program planning activities including recruitment, interviewing, staff orientation and training, scheduling, and performance development.
• Supervise staff involved with JET and the College Experience programs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
