Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED and one year of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Driving is required with a reliable means of transportation and a safe driving record for 1 full year prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on assistance, instruction and training to individuals to develop daily living skills.
• Accompanies individuals to community activities to provide supervision, skills training, and support.
• Assists in assessing needs and communicating needs and concerns to the team.
