Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Hendersonville, NC is hiring an IDD Vocational Center Instructor for a full-time, on-site role. You will perform administrative, documentation, program implementation, and monitoring tasks under supervision from the Vocational Program Manager.

Required high school diploma or GED with experience with the IDD population; CPR/First Aid/NCI certification is a plus. Valid driver’s license and pass background checks are necessary.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and experience with the population supported.
• 2 years’ experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish performance measurement workstations per Department of Labor standards.
• Oversee safety, cleanliness, and organization of the workplace.
• Document progress and maintain related production records.
• Supervise pre-employment activities and support staff development.
