Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Kannapolis, NC is seeking a Vocational Program Manager to lead training and development initiatives for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges.

You will oversee classroom and vocational activities and coordinate schedules for Direct Support staff and Vocational Instructors to ensure program quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience supervising others.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges.
• Must have a valid driver's license and, if required, vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and ensures quality of training, habilitation, and development programs.
• Supervises classroom and vocational activities and coordinates schedules for Direct Support staff.
• Leads and directs the work of others based on experience and judgment.
• Establishes and enforces training policies, programs, and schedules.
• Ensures confidentiality and reports abuse or incidents to management.
