Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected May 2028 graduation.
• Experience or coursework in Customer Experience, Voice of Customer, or Market Research.
• Familiarity with data organization, basic analysis, and clear visuals in reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to summarize findings.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple business functions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Voice of Customer programs by assisting surveys and feedback channels.
• Organize feedback, categorize comments, identify recurring themes and trends.
• Analyze CSAT and VoC data to surface pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Develop trend summaries, reports, and leadership-ready presentations.
• Assist survey-improvement initiatives and maintain documentation of methods.
• Track action progress across stakeholders and report on completed improvements.
• Explore automation and AI-assisted analysis to enhance VoC processes.
• Contribute to deliverables such as summaries, theme reports, and final recommendations.
