Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation May 2028.
• Experience or coursework in Customer Experience, Voice of Customer, Survey Research, Market Research, Data Analysis, BI or related fields is welcome.
• Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; ability to organize data and create clear visuals.

Responsibilities

• Support VoC programs by assisting with surveys, feedback channels, and listening activities.
• Analyze CSAT, VoC survey, and qualitative data to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Develop recommendations, trend summaries, and leadership-ready presentations translating feedback into insights.
• Assist with survey creation, testing, QA, and monitoring responses.
