Veeam offers a Summer Internship Program designed for students entering their final year to gain meaningful, real-world experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Summer Intern, you’ll participate in onboarding led by University Relations and engage in professional development, networking, and other activities to support growth.

The program runs from June–August 2027 (10 weeks). The Voice of the Customer Intern will support CX programs, analyze feedback, and translate insights

Formación

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate program.
• Strong interest in customer experience, insights, analytics, or program management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a strong interest in data analysis.
• Comfortable working with both quantitative survey data and qualitative feedback.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze survey data and qualitative feedback to derive insights.
• Summarize findings and translate into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Maintain project trackers and program documentation.
• Prepare stakeholder-ready summaries or presentations for leadership.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to connect customer insights to business priorities.
