Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Voice of Customer & Customer Insights Intern to support customer-listening programs and transform feedback into actionable recommendations. The role focuses on organizing, interpreting, and communicating customer feedback to inform business decisions.

The internship runs May 24 – July 30, 2027 (10 weeks) on-site in Alpharetta, GA. Candidates must be undergraduates with an expected May 2028 graduation, and coursework in CX, analytics, or related fields is

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected May 2028 graduation.
Experience or coursework in Customer Experience, Voice of Customer, or Market Research welcomed.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to organize data and create visuals.
Able to summarize qualitative and quantitative feedback clearly.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

Support Voice of Customer programs by assisting with surveys and feedback channels.
Organize feedback, identify themes and trends, surface high-impact pain points.
Analyze CSAT, VoC data to identify drivers and improvement opportunities.
Develop recommendations, trend reports, and leadership-ready presentations.
Support survey-improvement initiatives and document survey methods and processes.
Track improvement actions and progress across stakeholders.
