Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an Assistant Program Director for the VN Program to work under the Campus Program Director. The role involves planning, development, and evaluation of the nursing program, with responsibilities across accreditation, clinical placements, and data reporting.

The candidate should have a master's degree in nursing, education, or administration, at least three years leading a nursing program, BRN license in California, and experience teaching online.

Qualifications

• Masters or higher degree from an accredited college or university in nursing, education, or administration.
• At least 3 years experience leading a nursing program.
• At least 3 years experience as a full-time faculty in pre- or post-licensure nursing program.
• At least 1 year experience teaching in an online teaching and learning environment.
• At least 4 years of continuous full-time RN experience in geriatrics, med-surg, psych, obstetrics, or pediatrics in past 5 years.
• Must hold a valid California BRN license.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, developing, managing, updating and evaluating all aspects of the program.
• Prepare data and materials for state and Board requirements, reports, proposals, self-studies, surveys, and site visits.
• Identify and obtain outside resources for the nursing program.
• Assess the agency's ability to provide clinical experience meeting objectives.
• Ensure Facility Approval Applications are completed and approved before clinical rotations.
• Ensure timely completion of student theory and clinical evaluations by faculty.
