Job summary

Shriners Children's Hospital seeks a Workday Systems Analyst (VDLY) to own and configure the VNDLY Vendor Management System, ensuring compliant, efficient management of contingent workforce and vendor relationships. You translate business requirements from HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance, and operations into scalable system solutions.

• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), VNDLY preferred.
• Ability to configure workflows, approvals, and business rules in HR/workforce/procurement systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer the VNDLY VMS, including templates, rate structures, approvals, vendor rules, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain business rules, validations, and security roles for contingent workforce lifecycle.
• Support integrations between VNDLY and core HR, payroll, finance, and identity systems.
