Paychex is seeking a Funding Reconciliation Specialist - AP to identify how best to utilize VMS systems for funding and true up processes, educate stakeholders, and ensure accuracy through weekly true ups. This role sits within Paychex's evolving HCM ecosystem, with hybrid work after training and state-of-the-art finance support.

Based in the US, the position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting and 3 years in banking/finance with VMS exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting related is required.
• 3 years of experience in banking/finance/accounting with emphasis on commercial credit and VMS systems.

Responsabilités

• Identify how best to utilize VMS systems for funding and true up processes and document for execution.
• Identify, recommend, and implement strategies through the use of these systems to management.
• Work closely with Service and Implementation teams on prospects using VMS systems.
• Work with existing clients on how these systems impact the funding process and supply data to the funding team for funding and true ups.
• Maintains metrics related to these systems.
• Other tasks as assigned.
