Job summary

Sedgwick, a global risk and claims administrator, is seeking a VMO Manager to establish and run the vendor management office within Technology. You will govern MSP engagements, ensure contractual compliance, and drive measurable outcomes with security, finance, legal, and business partners.

This role focuses on governance, program health, value realization and automation, with dashboards, SLAs, and KPI monitoring to improve service delivery and cost optimization across vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years in vendor management, service delivery management, IT operations, or sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Designs and operates the VMO governance framework for MSPs with cadence and decision rights.
• Maintains contracts, SOWs, and renewal calendars aligned with policies.
• Drives compliance, risk management, and KPI alignment across MSP engagements.
• Generates value realization through cost optimization and service stability.
• Opens executive-level engagements with vendors and cross-functional partners.
