Job summary

Quest Safety Products, Inc. is seeking a Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) Specialist for on-site support in the greater Indianapolis area. You will handle product disbursement, inventory management, and occasional visits to customer facilities to manage stock and restock inventory.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, familiarity with Epicor Prophet 21, and strong customer service communication. You will work Monday–Friday, with potential overtime, supporting safety and PPE product

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Strong customer service orientation with professional communication.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Make on-site program replenishments and disbursements.
• Maintain vending software content and inventory levels.
• Receive purchase orders and create new items/bins in CM Client.
• Perform biweekly cycle counts and reconcile inventory.
• Troubleshoot vending machine issues and counts.
• Deliver direct shipments to end users as required.
• Communicate customer concerns to supervisor and resolve issues.
• Perform stockroom duties including receiving, put-away, and rotation.
• Assist with on-site visits to other customer locations as needed.
