Job summary

Capital Electric is seeking a highly organized Specialty Services Administrator to support VMI, PLS, TFS, and PNP programs. This role focuses on reporting, customer account management, inventory control, and software administration to enable scalable growth.

The ideal candidate will improve customer experience, enhance operational efficiency, and support expansion of Specialty Services across Capital Electric's footprint.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate, maintain, and distribute VMI reports.
• Analyze inventory consumption trends and customer usage data.
• Manage onboarding and implementation of new VMI accounts.
• Coordinate inventory updates and data integrity across platforms.
• Support reporting configuration and platform troubleshooting.
