Job summary

BlackHawk Industrial is hiring a Supply Chain Solutions Specialist in Jackson, MI to install and maintain the VMI vending platform in the assigned area. You will work with customers and teammates to design, troubleshoot, and enhance vending infrastructure and processes.

The role requires travel up to 30% and a high school diploma. You will support inventory management, including replenishment and stock transfers, and assist in sales support while adhering to ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows and Office software.
• Basic IP networking knowledge is preferred.
• Experience or understanding of Vendor Managed Inventory is helpful.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools independently.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain the VMI vending platform.
• Work with customers to design and troubleshoot vending infrastructure.
• Assist branches with inventory management including replenishment and stock transfers.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and ensure compliance with ISO processes.
