Job summary

BlackHawk Industrial seeks a Supply Chain Solutions Specialist to install and maintain the VMI vending platform in the assigned area. You will partner with customers to troubleshoot and enhance vending infrastructure while promoting safety and reliability.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, coordinating inventory with branches, and resolving software/hardware issues. Travel up to 30% is required and familiarity with CribMaster or AutoCrib is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of Windows and Office software.
• Experience with CribMaster or AutoCrib is preferred.
• Familiarity with I/O devices and hardware.
• Understanding of Vendor Managed Inventory concepts.
• Mechanical aptitude for tool use and repairs.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain the VMI vending platform in assigned area.
• Promote safety and model core behaviors.
• Provide routine maintenance and repairs to vending machines.
• Work with customers to troubleshoot and improve vending infrastructure.
• Assist branches with inventory levels, replenishment, and stock transfers.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and manage licensing.
