Job summary

Vallen Distribution is seeking a Vendor-Managed Inventory Coordinator II to deliver and manage customer inventory at designated sites. You will perform storage, distribution, and order fulfillment tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

The role requires 4+ years in warehouse/inventory work, a valid driver's license, and a proactive, team-driven approach to problem solving. You may travel to customer locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience or training in warehouse, inventory counting or delivery.
• Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to operate in a warehouse/customer site setting.
• Ability to learn and work semi-routine assignments with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage inventory at customers' designated sites according to plan.
• Sort, store, and fulfill orders while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to optimize VMI processes.
• Scan barcodes and update inventory records during site visits.
• Support cycle counts and report observations to management.
