Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking a Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) Coordinator II to deliver and manage inventory at customers’ sites. You will perform storage, distribution and order fulfillment tasks, ensuring accurate shipments and timely deliveries to designated locations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years of warehousing or inventory experience, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in warehouse, inventory counting or delivery.
• Valid driver's license required; able to operate in compliance with safety laws and company standards.
• Self-starter, able to work semi-routine tasks with supervision.
• Ability to understand and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Demonstrated proactive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to transport and deliver goods to designated locations safely and in compliance with DOT standards.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments to customers.
• Assist with VMI space/placement and set up the receiving area at customer sites.
• Track orders from pickup at warehouse to delivery and setup at site.
• Process spot buy orders and relay information to CSR or Account Rep.
• Scan barcodes at customer sites to generate orders.
• Perform VMI functions at Point of Use areas and coordinate with supervisor and sales team.
• Monitor min/max, reorder points, and report stock observations to management.
• Suggest changes to customer inventory levels based on usage.
• Maintain legibility of barcode labels and update as needed.
• Assist in annual inventory counts and communicate with clients.
